I am quite a newbie when it comes to eating healthy, and all my friends know I am definitely a "food-junkie" and I do get "quite" grumpy when I am hungry (go ask my hubby and he will definitely nod his head)! =P But lately my friend convinced me to go try and start from the basics - cook with organic ingredients.
After numerous hours at the organic food store and my friend explaining to me which is which, these are the goodies I brought home... not sure if that will work magic on my health but at least I already "feel happier" thinking I am eating "organic"...
